A rollout is ready when admins can sign in, source systems are connected, Knowledge Base material is loaded, review templates match your review process, and one representative Review has been tested with real sources.
Who should be involved
Most rollouts need a small group of owners:
- Identity team: configures SSO, SCIM, allowed domains, and role mappings.
- Network or cloud team: confirms the deployment pattern, IP allowlists, firewall rules, VPC or private cloud requirements, and any webhook ingress path.
- Integration teams: approve and connect Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub, Confluence, Slack, Google Drive, SharePoint, or other source systems.
- Security, privacy, or governance teams: provide Knowledge Base material, review standards, model provider requirements, and approval expectations to tune Clearly AI for your organization.
