**Project columns** show a review's classification, such as a severity or priority tier, as a column on the **Projects** table, so teams can scan a portfolio and sort or filter by it.

## How project columns work [#how-project-columns-work]

A project column comes from a review template's aggregate-risks classification block that is given a column label. Clearly AI reads the latest review for each project that used that review template and shows the classified label, such as **Critical** or **Low**, in that column. Open the project to see the underlying review answer and the reasoning behind the label.

Columns appear only for review templates whose classification block opts in with a label. To add a column, set `project_column_label` on the block. See [Review template schema](https://docs.clearly-ai.com/docs/review-templates/schema) for the block fields.

## Show, sort, and filter columns [#show-sort-and-filter-columns]

Use the **Columns** menu above the table to control which columns you see and their order:

* **Show or hide** any available column from the menu.
* **Reorder** columns by dragging them in the menu.
* **Sort** by clicking a column header. Values sort in the order the review template lists them, such as Critical before Low, not alphabetically.
* **Filter** a column to one or more values to narrow the list.

Your column choices are remembered for you across devices, and do not change what teammates see.

    The review template's classification block needs a column label. Confirm the block sets `project_column_label`, and that at least one project has a review using that review template.

    The project has not been reviewed with that review template yet, or the latest review did not produce a classification for that block.

    By the order the labels are listed in the review template, so list them most severe first. Values that are not among the listed labels sort after them, and projects with no value sort last.
