Triage

Configure a triage review template so the Projects table shows cross-project review status.

Triage adds review status columns to the Projects table so teams can scan a portfolio and see which projects need attention.

How triage works

Triage uses a configured review template to turn a few important review questions into project-level status columns. Clearly AI reads the latest review for each project that used that review template, then shows whether each project is compliant, non-compliant, missing information, or has no known status. Hover a triage column header to see the full question text, and open the project to inspect the underlying review answer, citations, and notes.

Configure triage

Only triage-enabled review templates can be selected for the Projects table. A triage-enabled review template has specific questions configured as triage columns.

Choose the triage review template

Open Settings > General, choose a Triage Review Template, and turn on Triage Table.

Create a workflow

Configure a workflow trigger for events such as Jira issue updates, GitHub pull request updates, ServiceNow record changes, or other intake signals.

Start the triage review

Add a workflow action that creates or updates the project and starts a review with the triage review template. See Workflows for trigger and action setup.

The table uses the latest project review for the selected review template. If a project has not run that review template, the triage columns show no status for that project. If a review template does not appear in the picker, it has not been configured for triage.

You can also run a one-off triage the same way you run any review: open the project, confirm it has useful sources, and start a review with the triage review template. Triage reviews are still reviews; they are just configured to roll selected statuses up to the Projects table.
