Use this page to triage common Clearly AI issues before contacting support.

## New review is disabled [#new-review-is-disabled]

Add at least one source to the Project. Clearly AI cannot create a Review until the Project has source material, but sources do not need to finish processing first.

## Review answers say not enough information [#review-answers-say-not-enough-information]

Add more specific sources. The most useful sources are architecture docs, implementation notes, relevant tickets, policies, and repository content close to the questions being asked.

After adding sources, regenerate the Review or create a new one.

## GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket sources are missing [#github-gitlab-or-bitbucket-sources-are-missing]

Confirm the connected account can access the repository and branch directly in the source system. For private repositories, check SSO authorization, token scope, and organization approval.

## Jira authentication fails [#jira-authentication-fails]

Confirm the Jira API token is active, the account email is correct, and the account has access to the relevant projects. For workflow triggers, verify the webhook secret and request URL.

## Exports are missing CSV or XLSX [#exports-are-missing-csv-or-xlsx]

Spreadsheet exports depend on Review Template configuration. If the export button is missing, the Review Template may not enable the required export style.

## Regeneration changed manual edits [#regeneration-changed-manual-edits]

Regeneration runs the automated answer again. Use **Lock Answer** to prevent regenerations from overwriting an answer.

## Workflow will not enable [#workflow-will-not-enable]

Open the Workflow list and check the toggle tooltip or validation panel. Missing integration configuration, webhook setup, or required step fields are common blockers.
